Home Inventory Cost

Plan #1 - $199.00

This is an estimate of the cost for inventorying a typical home with average contents of 1000 sq ft. 


This would include up to 2 hours of onsite and 2 hours of office time. 


All inventories include:


A review of your insurance documentation.


Room by room inventory includes photos of the rooms and contents, documentation of square footage and the type of flooring walls and ceiling.


Scan receipts to go along with the items being inventoried.


Short videos, that can be used to document sentimental items and the heirs that is going to receive them.


Exterior documentation as well as out buildings or garages.

 This is an estimate of the cost for inventorying a typical home with average contents of 2000 to 3000 sq ft. 


This would include up to 4 hours of onsite and 4 hours of office time. 


Our home inventory includes:

Room by room inventory includes photos of the rooms and contents, documentation of square footage and the type of flooring walls and ceiling.


Scan receipts to go along with the items being inventoried.


Short videos, that can be used to document sentimental items and the heirs that is going to receive them.
